Some of these participants are members from Sacramento whom I have known for over 20 years. It is experiences like this that keep me practicing this great philosophy.

The music was fine. Most important during the podcast--you all were in rhythm to each other. The words flowed from each person who gave their experience--a true uplifting dialogue ensued with each participant. I have sent others to this site in the hope they will meet these Sacramento members someday with good wishes for their Buddhist development.
