Welcome to another episode of A Buddhist Podcast! Wow, twice in a month, this is a nice rhythm! Thank you for taking the time to download the show. Tonight we are proud to present our dear friend William Woollard, reading the introduction to his wonderful new book, Buddhism and the Science of Happiness. The printed book is also available on Amazon and elsewhere, and having heard and read quite a lot of it, I have to say it is a great book!

Jason reads the latest editorial by President Ikeda. Tonight’s music comes from Mevio.com. We play Katie Herzig‘s track, “Sweeter than this” and the Cornish band, All the Fires, playing their track, The Anchor Song.

As usual, if you would like a shout out or to submit an experience, click the links on the right. You can also send them to us via the iPhone and Android apps for the show that are now available. Thank you so much again for all your support and encouragement. Have a wonderful, safe week and take care of yourselves and the people around you.

  1. I have immeasurable gratitude for you and The Buddha and Nichiren and Daisaku Ikeda and Mr. Woolard and all the humans I now encounter. I did not always feel this gratitude. You and your efforts are at the very heart of my change of me. You and your efforts will never ever be forgotten. Another life changing show. So thanks amigo!

  3. I like the podcast. Very stimulating. By the way the name of the City at 18:47 is pronounced ‘La hoy ya’ ‘ not la jol la@ even though it is spelled ‘La Jolla’… I think La Jolla means ‘the jewel’ But I am not certain.
