  1. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
I have begun to chant. I only know one phrase and I have been chanting it for about a year. I have not been as dedicated to the chanting as I am inspiring to be today but my belief in Buddhism is so strongly rooted in my heart. I chant now in the subway when I visit NYC. I chant while I paint on canvas at home. I chant in times of need and in times of appreciation.
A year ago, I was living in Florida, working a miserable job that was causing me physical pain. Our home was moldy and dusty. My artwork was caught in the middle of all the chaos around me, while I pursued an almost hopeless balancing act. The idea of a solo exhibition seemed like a blurry dream in the distance. It’s amazing how my life has changed. A door has been opened. My family offered us an apartment in Newark for half the rent we were paying. My husband landed an amazing graphic design job two buildings down from the ny stock exchange. He agreed that instead of me going out and finding random work, I can put my energies solely toward the artistic vision I wish to share with others. The ability of paying off his school loans, our debt and pursuing my dreams is coming into light. All these changes have happened within this year when I began to chant.
Now I can also listen to your podcast daily as I sit in front of my work and begin a blessed day. I am so grateful for the work that you both have been doing. It is an inspiration to all and a reminder that we are all Buddhas, big, beautiful, BRIGHT creations of the universe.
    Sending positive vibrations,

I thank also my friend Grace for burning countless CDs for me in order to introduce me to these amazing works.
