Tonights show was recorded over this last weekend in Sacramento, California. It was made possible thanks to the experiences and commitment of the most amazing members who shared their lives with Jason and microphones to give you this show.
We recorded more material which we will be including in forthcoming shows. The music for tonights show comes from the Podsafe Music Network and includes:
Border Blasters, Next time you see me
Sharon Jones, 100 days and 100 nights
Otis Redding, Shake
A sincere and special thanks to Donna Parten and Dash Antel and all the members of SGI-USA who made my recent trip to the US so successful.

Some of these participants are members from Sacramento whom I have known for over 20 years. It is experiences like this that keep me practicing this great philosophy.
The music was fine. Most important during the podcast–you all were in rhythm to each other. The words flowed from each person who gave their experience–a true uplifting dialogue ensued with each participant. I have sent others to this site in the hope they will meet these Sacramento members someday with good wishes for their Buddhist development.
